MUHAMMAD FARIQUE BIN ZUBIR ALBAKRI
D.I.A, B.Acc (Hons), C.A. (M), ASEAN CPA
Muhammad Farique bin Zubir Albakri is our founder and he is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) as Chartered Accountant. He is also a member of ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant Coordinating Committee (ACPACC) since 2019. He graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from University Technology MARA (UiTM) in 2010.
Upon graduation, he joined a medium-sized audit firm for approximately eleven (11) years where he gained invaluable experience in accounting, auditing, taxation and corporate
secretarial. He has been involved in all aspects of corporate secretarial management, auditing and taxation such as audit and system review including tax compliance and investigation. Besides, he also obtained hands on experience on legal documentation reviews and was exposed to legal procedures which related with the corporate management.
He possesses a public practice certificate from MIA since 2019. Currently, he is a Principal Consultant of Farique Zubir & Co, a firm of chartered accountants which he founded in early 2020. He is also a Licensed Company Secretary under Section 241(4) of the Companies Act, 2016.
NUR HAZIRAH BINTI TARMIZI
D.I.A, B.Acc (Hons)
Nur Hazirah binti Tarmizi graduated in 2010 from University Technology MARA (UiTM) with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours).
She has more than three (3) years’ experience in administration and secretarial practice. Her experience covers a wide range of industries which include trading and services provider, manufacturing, construction, property development, cooperative, non-government societies (NGOs) and also statutory bodies.
She possesses practical “hands-on” experience to all assignments. With her business expertise and experience, coupled with excellent technical skills, has placed her in a unique position to provide a holistic approach in business and financial management to all business entities.
One of her strengths is her ability to understand every client’s financial issues and provide the most suitable solutions which suit the clients’ needs. She is very supportive and always stays committed to solving her clients’ financial problems.
She joined the Company in 2021 as Executive Director and is now fully in charge of administrative department.
MUHAMMAD FIRDAUS BIN MD FADIL
D.I.A, B.Acc (Hons), C.A (M)
Muhammad Firdaus bin Md Fadil is one of the Directors newly appointed on 20 April 2023, for FZAC, overseeing the firm’s overall assurance strategy and driving its initiatives.
Prior to this, he was an assistant audit manager at a medium-sized audit firm in Kuala Lumpur. He has over seven (7) years of audit and business advisory experience, covering a wide range of clients from construction to other industry groups. In recent years, he has been involved in the real estate industry as a real estate agent in relation to selling, buying, and leasing all types of property.
In his role as a Director, he is responsible for driving a sustainable assurance practise with a strong market and client focus while upholding the quality agenda.
He has graduated from the University of Technology MARA (UiTM) and become a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Managers.
